Spent a lot more time on scheduling rather than the actual interview.
There are three different parts to the tests at the interview.
- First part is a timed test to answer about 10 very simple questions.
- Second part is testing how well you can pick up an unknown language.
- Third part is actual coding; some of the problems are very interesting.

Cons: Epic drains employees, especially in teams like HB.
Lots of politics.
Hire and fire strategy is common. If you openly talk about issues, you will be monitored and targeted for firing.
