Spent a lot more time on scheduling rather than the actual interview.

There are three different parts to the tests at the interview.

First part is a timed test to answer about 10 very simple questions.
Second part is testing how well you can pick up an unknown language.
Third part is actual coding; some of the problems are very interesting.
