Process
One round of phone interview and another round of online test. The phone interview was not difficult; it just had some very typical behavioral questions and two little technical quizzes. Then, on the next day after the phone interview, I received an online test invitation. I did the test after two weeks. The questions were pretty hard. They just gave you a whiteboard and let you program on it, with no test cases. Also, people would monitor your screen to see if any other tab was opened or not. I think I failed on this step.
