Pros: The pay is very competitive and they regularly increase it to keep up with inflation/market rates.
You can also earn stock.
Company buildings are themed and look very cool (there's a treehouse meeting room).
There is a lot of variety in lunch options and the food is good (they hire actual chefs).
Cons: You must move to be within 45 minutes of the company HQ in Wisconsin.
Expect 45 hours per week once you are fully onboarded (there's about 6 months of training for new devs). I had coworkers who felt overworked, but my workload never ramped up to that point.
A lot of work with legacy tech (M, Visual Basic, Subversion for version control), but they have probably finished migrating to newer stuff since I left. They promised git migration, but it took longer than initial timelines suggested.

Pros: Great campus in a great location.
Food is nice.
Madison in general is a quiet and comfortable town.
If your team is interesting, then you will have a great time.
There is a lot of push to move to C# in the coming years.
Cons: Work is not very challenging if you do not get good projects.
The path to leadership and career advancement is not very transparent.
