The interview took about a month.
First, I submitted my resume at a career fair and applied for the job on a tablet provided by the recruiter.
Second, after almost 2 weeks, I received an email telling me to schedule a phone interview. I did.
The interview took about 45 minutes. It started with the interviewer describing himself and the company. After that, I asked some questions about the company and the job. Then, the interviewer asked me some behavioral questions: "Why Epic?" "Why software engineer?" And finally, a technical question.
Third, I received the OA information from HR via email the next day. I scheduled and completed the OA. It has four parts: quick questions, math, a new language, and coding.
Fourth, I received a confirmation letter the next day. It told me that HR had received the OA I submitted, and I should wait for further information.
Waiting now...
