Process

I had a short interview with someone in the department and then the coding test. The phone interview was a basic screening, and the woman I talked to was agreeable. I then took the coding test, which was pretty hard. It isn't timed, but it is better to finish earlier. I finished in like 3 hours with buggy code, and that was the end of it for me.
