Online assessment that had 4 sections and took about 2 hours 30 minutes. Had a phone interview afterwards where they were 20 minutes late and only asked about my job gap. Asked for details about where I worked, how many hours, etc. (Did retail work to pay the bills. Not relevant so I didn't put on resume). Very rude and didn't ask about my experience, projects, skills, or any behavioral questions.
