Online skill test:

There are 4 parts: Math, New Language, IQ test, and Programming. The other 3 parts are the same as others mentioned, so I'll only talk about the programming part. There are 4 questions:

Snake game
Word split (only split the even word with a length of 4)

Sorry, I can't remember the other 2 questions.

And now, the recruiter moved me forward to a phone interview.

Questions

The programming question is not so hard. Just use the regular approach. I spent a lot of time dealing with the new language.
