I applied online and was emailed to schedule a phone screening interview about a week later. The phone screening was very simple, and the interviewer only asked about a previous project of mine. It was a very natural conversation.
I just took the follow-up skills test, so I don't know the results yet. It first consisted of a portion where you are given a fake programming language and have to answer questions that judge how well you learned that language. The actual programming portion of it was fairly difficult and really tested your ability to think outside the box to create programs for practical situations. They allow you to use most languages that a CS major should know, which was helpful.
Be prepared for anything. Just make sure you have a decent understanding of any major CS language.
