Interview included a 30-minute initial phone screening, a quick online behavioral quiz to see if you fit with the company, a camera-on 4-hour technical exam filled with rapid questions, math questions, logic questions, and coding questions, and finally the technical interview panel of interviewers.
Questions
The phone screening included generic questions related to the resume. The behavioral quiz featured situational questions. The technical exam included a little bit of everything I previously mentioned. The technical interview is the most difficult, with situational and technical questions.

Pros: The campus looks incredible and is a joy to walk around (when it's warm enough to do so).
Every other employee I met was competent and friendly.
Generally, a very nice work environment.
Cons: Expect high amounts of micromanagement. All time spent is tracked down to 15-minute increments and can be reviewed by your boss to investigate discrepancies. There's a constant flow of information and check-ins to make sure progress is moving as expected.
Workload varies team to team. Some critical teams should expect to be working late consistently, even outside of designated crunch time.

Pros: Nothing worth mentioning. You soon realize the fancy buildings are more for customer tours and UGMs rather than for the employees. The food is somehow decent and cheap.
But that becomes a necessity since the office is in the middle of nowhere with not enough restaurants to handle the capacity.
Cons: Heavy Kool-Aid drinkers. They refuse to believe anyone else can be smarter than them.
Use dumb metrics to rank employees; those reports themselves are bug-ridden.
TLs generally lord their special powers over employees. They have no organization, which leads to a lot of confusion.
Several TLs, including my own, abused the above metrics to show themselves as better than others. This only helps them and is harmful to the company in the long run.
Huge, enormous, gigantic technical debt. As technology catches up to the healthcare domain faster, they will struggle to keep up.
