Process

The online assessment was rather strange. The assessment UI and page were in-house, so no HackerRank or Codeforces. As such, parts of it lacked polish and were confusing to use. I also felt the questions were not well explained or lacked enough technical specification. For example, I recall a question about a programming language design where some behavior was unspecified, leading to a 50/50 guess. The first screening interviewer was nice, though.
