Process

Phone interview. Talked about my projects for a bit, then was told about Epic. From what I could tell, it was a compatibility/personality thing.

Second was a technical test. A few questions about a made-up language, then four questions about recursion. Pretty simple stuff, but still quite tricky.

Third was an on-site interview. Basically, if you're nice and express your interest in the company, you're in from this point on.
