Process
30-minute phone interview about projects, some technical stuff, etc. 2+ hour online test. It was honestly really annoying and tedious. The coding section just involved writing code in plain text with no way to compile or run, and the whole thing felt pretty draining and long. Before I heard back, I got another offer and went with that.
