Process
I took their assessment test. In the email they sent, it was mentioned that the test consists of logic and reasoning questions, so I assumed they would conduct coding interviews separately. But no, the assessment test had four sections: math, logic, a series of rapid questions where you answer as many as you can in 2 minutes, and finally, a programming/coding section.
Additionally, they ask you to complete a profile, which includes a test similar to the MBTI.
