Smart people, great campus, interesting clients, awesome food.
Toxic work culture, never really the customer's fault. This just means you will work unlimited hours to solve their problems.
No client accountability means you find yourself doing your job and theirs. If you are successful, it just means Epic will keep piling work on until you burn out.
