Proactive company, but structural issues
Proactive in trying to improve company culture. Provides a great environment, wonderful office, food, and campus. Great company mission that can be seen in company initiatives (healthcare initiatives, food drives, community volunteering).
- Technology lag: stuck learning old technologies.
- Administrative burden: many process/technology issues that need to be resolved manually, often outside 9-5 work hours, including weekends and nights (this may vary per team).
Epic needs some technical and process improvements if they want to retain their administrators or support staff.
