Proactive in trying to improve company culture. Provides a great environment, wonderful office, food, and campus. Great company mission that can be seen in company initiatives (healthcare initiatives, food drives, community volunteering).
- Technology lag: stuck learning old technologies.
- Administrative burden: many process/technology issues that need to be resolved manually, often outside 9-5 work hours, including weekends and nights (this may vary per team).
Epic needs some technical and process improvements if they want to retain their administrators or support staff.

Software Engineer
Quite long. You go through an at-home exam with 4 parts, a call, then a final round with four parts. The final round has a system design question and a regular interview, and the at-home has 4 different sorts of questions.
