3-hour interview, with a one-hour presentation on company history, one hour with your potential team lead, and a case study. It was one hour with HR. The case study is about the routine of a day as a typical engineer.

The whole process was very straightforward and easy. I was given an assessment to do, which was proctored. It takes about 3-4 hours to complete. It’s not hard, but there are some questions on coding.

On-site, multiple people were involved. It was a small skills-based assessment, but mostly focused on soft skills and behavioral aspects. It lasted all day with multiple points of contact, who no doubt got together and discussed the big picture of yo
