Abysmal COVID response. Mediocre vacation/PTO. Culture of working long hours and "volunteering" to help out on weekends.
There is a pandemic going on. Requiring all employees to work on campus is extremely irresponsible. Ignoring public health agencies is how the US got to where we are today.
