Hosting seemed more chill than Epic proper. Cool leadership.
Good tech stack for resume building, opportunities for cross-team training and lateral movement amongst different hosting teams. I think working in hosting is a great opportunity for people of all levels of experience.
Limited WFH opportunities (at least when I was there).
Housing org not massive, but still some yellow/red tape and processes.
On-call rotations for most teams.
I had really great interactions and relationships with my TL and +1 during my time at Epic.
