An Epic Interview and Onboarding Processes
I'm a new employee, so I'm just speaking to what I know so far. The interview process was the best of any I have ever had. The assessments were reasonable, and the interview questions were practical. It seems like the company has an emphasis on fostering new talent, which is a great way to get into healthcare software if that's your thing.
100% in-person, which isn't a problem for me but something to be conscious of when deciding to apply.
