I'm a new employee, so I'm just speaking to what I know so far. The interview process was the best of any I have ever had. The assessments were reasonable, and the interview questions were practical. It seems like the company has an emphasis on fostering new talent, which is a great way to get into healthcare software if that's your thing.
100% in-person, which isn't a problem for me but something to be conscious of when deciding to apply.
First round was an online assessment with math, programming logic, and LeetCode-style questions. Final round was Super Day-style with 4 different sections. Company overview presentation (not really an interview). Then a role interview, talking wit
It's a relatively new position at the company. They mostly just talked about what the role would entail as part of the long interview day and answered any questions I had.
I submitted my resume through Handshake, completed an online assessment, and then had a brief phone interview. The phone interview was mostly behavioral, with some questions about topics on my resume.
