The interview process is very extensive. First, you apply and wait a few weeks for a one-hour phone interview. After this, you take a very long test (3 hours) that uses an online proctoring system. It has various questions about programming language

There is a written test, followed by an on-site behavioral interview. The whole thing felt relaxed. I believe that the most important part of the process was the written tests.
