Not bad. I was a little hesitant at first, but the interview process wasn't bad. I'm not sure I'll take the position, however. From reading around on the internet, upward mobility is hard to come by at EPIC.

I applied online and received a phone interview with someone from the department. Then I took a skills assessment test that was difficult, but totally passable, even though it took me around 3 hours.

Phone interview, skill assessment, then on-site interview. Very unconventional. There were a surprising amount of riddles and logic puzzles in the skills assessment, but no real background was necessary. They paid for my travel expenses and hotel f
