The people are really great! One of the only places I've worked where your coworkers don't look down on you or make you feel stupid for not knowing things, etc.
They love to say, "Don't say 'no' when someone comes asking if you can take on a task or responsibility, say 'yes, if...'." The problem with that is usually the responsibilities that are making you consider saying "no" in the first place are longer-term, large-scale projects. You usually end up shifting smaller responsibilities when you take those kinds of things on with a "yes, if..." response. But the expectation still remains that you'll be responsible for those smaller-scale tasks in the future, just maybe not at this exact moment. A lot of people like to say they hire one person to do one and a half person's work, and after working here, I definitely agree with that.
