You will have a meaningful impact on the lives of patients at our customer sites. If you are self-motivated and like to work hard and beyond 40 hours, you will be rewarded for it.
No clear growth path aside from becoming a TL. You will constantly be given more than a full plate of work. Pay raises and other compensation reviews are kept in the dark. QA is not respected by other roles at the company.
