Epic is a great place to work. Very casual in formality, but professional in quality of work. The workplaces are great (everyone gets an office or shares with only one person), and the food is fantastic.
It seems the company, as it grows, is becoming more and more bureaucratic. There is heavy pressure to keep things more or less the same, and it seems slow to make any sort of dramatic change. The workload can also turn very intense, very quickly.
Ensure that the training new employees are receiving matches what senior employees actually do. The teams have to do a lot to catch new people up, especially with the large incoming groups from the past summers.
