The problems we tackle are tough, with no clear right answer. I've never felt 100% comfortable with the responsibilities I've got, meaning I'm always growing and pushing outside my comfort zone. I love being a part of an organization with high expectations and employees that live up to it.
You've got to enjoy the bar being high. Epic is not a great fit for everyone.
