Epic hires some of the best and brightest and gives you a chance to make a real impact on healthcare. You'll work with many of the best healthcare organizations in the US and increasingly, the world.
The problems we tackle are tough, with no clear right answer. I've never felt 100% comfortable with the responsibilities I've got, meaning I'm always growing and pushing outside my comfort zone. I love being a part of an organization with high expectations and employees that live up to it.
You've got to enjoy the bar being high. Epic is not a great fit for everyone.
