Used to be amazing, now just a pretty workhouse
good salary, stock options and underground parking
- they try to control all aspects of your life
- 'the epic way' is almost cult-like
- the mantra of 'customer first' is used to justify grinding people up and spitting them out
- they don't support families with Children They don't support anything that exists outside the circle of 'your epic family'
There is no advice that I can give that any of them would heed. Most of the folks in Senior management are still working at the only company they have ever worked for in their adult lives.
