Great food, easy to make friends if you're straight out of college, cool campus, nice and intelligent coworkers.
Epic's culture generally fosters specific kinds of people, and I was not one of those people. I found my job boring and I didn't feel highly motivated. I also had a negative experience with management, which was a big part of the reason why I left.
