Good food, pretty campus, competent coworkers.
Can't negotiate pay. Extra projects will not be factored into standard workload. Management makes some weird decisions and restructurings, like two within six months. It's very hard to achieve a work-life balance. If you just work 40 hours a week, it is frowned upon.
Need more people.
