Not a good work-life balance for QA. I had to put in extra hours in the evenings and on weekends on a regular basis. After a while, you get burnout and lose motivation to work, because QA don't get paid very well anyway.
Either give QA less work, or give them a raise. These are reasons many QA leave Epic within the first two years.
With this high turnover rate, it's hard for people to become experts in a functional area. Without knowledgeable people in a functional area, bugs could easily get missed.
