Great campus, has amazing dining options. Training is very thorough. Have good autonomy; work is a good challenge.
Expect very little support from upper management. They're doing your job plus managing, and they don't get pay cuts for not supporting you.
Every negative from every role is applied to every person in the company. For example, this role bills to customers, so everyone has to have a timesheet; this role requires you to be on-site, so everyone must be on-site.
Requirements never stop rising, but pay does. They will specifically request more in perpetuity as a condition of your employment while not always meeting inflation.
I honestly came back to re-review after working for a few different companies and realized just how unfriendly of a workplace it is.
Honestly, they already know. The owner has just decided the way that things should be, and they don't have the ability to make things better on basically any level. They spend the entire time coping with the bad decisions and saying they're good.
It was a long day of interviews. I enjoyed seeing the campus and eating the food. I like the food a lot and think it is delicious. The food is so tasty; it tastes really good.
1. Personality quiz 2. Phone interview 3. Assessment Test. After the process, they let you know if they are continuing with the hiring process. I made it past a second-round phone interview but did not receive an offer.
One super day at their campus. One case study per job you are looking at (I interviewed for both Project Manager and Quality Assurance). Several discussions with people from each field as well.
