Decent first job out of college
Informal, comfortable workplace - no need to dress up and coworkers were generally pleasant to work with. Very nice campus.
Almost no focus on employee development. The philosophy seems to be to work people fairly hard, compensate them on the low end of the scale, and replace them with recent college graduates when they inevitably move on to something better.
Focus on finding, retaining, and developing skilled employees. The minimal opportunities for career development and consequent turnover made this job little more than a foot in the door for me.
