No pay transparency, very long hours for customer-facing roles, little loyalty to employees, undervaluing of the QA role, one-year non-compete clause after quitting, and benefits that almost all have strings attached. They recently added parental leave, but if you leave within a year you have to pay it back. Private stock options are available, but they vest in 7 years and increase the non-compete clause to 2 years; etc.
