As a position straight out of college, Epic is awesome. I've met some great, life-long friends through my time at Epic and have gained great work experience. With this, the pay is good, and you will get exposure to a lot of the health industry.
Your growth within the company is pretty limited. If you start as one role, odds are you're going to be leaving the company in that same role. They also work you pretty hard, and expectations continue to grow the longer you work there.
Really think about how to best grow employees and what will benefit both the company and the individual. Taking a risk on employees who want nothing more than to grow will pay off.
