Developer centric. As QA, you'll get the short end of the epic stick most of the time.
Opaque payment and compensation philosophy. You won't ever know why you did or did not get a raise (hard to judge your effort or how to improve).
Onboarding takes very long. Expect 4-6 weeks before you do anything meaningful.
High turnover. HR will say otherwise, but it's a problem, especially with QA.
Additionally, a lot of policies are in place which bank on you not being there longer than 4 years.
You have to sign a highly restrictive non-compete (likely unconstitutional and is being heard in the US Supreme Court).
