Pay and benefits were good. If you could stay above average on metrics, management was pretty okay to you.
If you are below average on any metric, you will be told you are "not meeting expectations" and that Epic may not be the place for you. It is frustrating because they encourage you to take on other tasks for the team, but that only takes more time away from testing and makes your metrics suffer. I was not happy working there.
Don't push people into management/coordination tasks that make their metrics suffer, and then tell them their metrics aren't good enough.
The interview process was overly long. When they offered me a position, they gave me less than 48 hours to make a decision, meanwhile they dragged on the interview process for over a month, including a 6-hour-long interview on one day.
