- Good pay for just out of college.
- Many young people, which is good for networking.
- Great and cheap food on-campus.
- Madison is very underrated as a food and cultural hub.
- Great insurance.
- Sink or swim after training. Expected to master software in a matter of months.
- Company tries to sell work-life balance during recruiting and training, but that's not entirely true. QA is extremely numbers-driven.
- Experience is very dependent on supervisor and team.
- Skillset is not transferable to other industries, especially as QA.
