The combination of salary and benefits is hard to beat. Travel opportunities are also nice. Mobility within the company is fluid and self-driven.
Hours and workload can make work-life balance difficult at times. The "from the ground up" philosophy, while admirable, can make it hard to move to another QA position because internal tools don't translate one-to-one with the industry.
