By working here, I do meaningful work. This wasn't as important when I was young, but the older I get, the more I appreciate that what I do helps people.
Much is probably said in other reviews about Epic's unique and amazing campus, and that can't be understated. I have to keep reminding myself not to take the campus for granted – few people I know work in such an innovative, artistic, and welcoming space.
Epic also provides great benefits and competitive compensation. The benefits package includes many "small" things that I appreciate, as well as some big ones, like the sabbatical program. Also, no list of pros about the Epic campus is complete without mentioning the unrivaled on-campus food service, which is kept at more than reasonable prices. Every day I'm in the office, I'm thankful for it.

The interview process was overly long. When they offered me a position, they gave me less than 48 hours to make a decision, meanwhile they dragged on the interview process for over a month, including a 6-hour-long interview on one day.
