It can be fun to be in Madison, especially if you are young.
Food at the cafeteria is both delicious and cheap.
Don't really build skills.
Terrible at feedback.
Never got the sense that management cared.
Epic works great for some people, but even people I knew who were generally happy there weren't thrilled with the work.
Employees are simply not valued.
