There are many words to describe the work environment: interesting, challenging, flexible, rewarding. What I like most is that those with drive and initiative can accomplish great things here.
As Quality Assurance, it is expected that you achieve a high standard of finding software deficiencies and identifying software enhancements. Once you prove your chops and show assertiveness and drive, it opens many doors to grow your career at the company and in general.

Consider hiring more people who have been in the workforce or are years removed from college, than those straight out of school. The world experiences they have had typically lend to higher levels of maturity and seriousness with the job.
