Excellent pay and benefits, incredibly cheap on-premise meals, fun and interesting campus. The sabbatical is an incredible experience.
Toxic culture, terrible work/life balance. Most employees have never had a job outside of the Epic bubble. Your manager has no actual power over you or your pay whatsoever. Everything is controlled by HR.
