Lots of opportunities for responsibility and leadership positions right away. You have the ability to drive your own career path if you take initiative.
Very competent coworkers.
Staff meetings have gotten a bit cringy lately with a lot of “look how great we are” presentations.
It's easy to take on too much; you can get taken advantage of this way.
Not everyone gets up in the morning to serve customers; they do it because they have a mortgage to pay.
