Interesting - we create things, so you're always learning something new. People - your coworkers are almost always smart, driven people who are willing to help you when needed.
Regulations: Healthcare is highly regulated, which means we sometimes have to do work to help customers meet regulatory requirements. That can be frustrating at times because it can start to feel like it's taking away from our time to work on more innovative things or to work on making our products easier for our end users.
