Impact - the work you do can literally save lives. Challenging - healthcare and IT are both hard on their own, let alone together. Interesting - we create things, so you're always learning something new. People - your coworkers are almost always smart, driven people who are willing to help you when needed.
Regulations: Healthcare is highly regulated, which means we sometimes have to do work to help customers meet regulatory requirements. That can be frustrating at times because it can start to feel like it's taking away from our time to work on more innovative things or to work on making our products easier for our end users.

1. Personality quiz 2. Phone interview 3. Assessment Test. After the process, they let you know if they are continuing with the hiring process. I made it past a second-round phone interview but did not receive an offer.
One super day at their campus. One case study per job you are looking at (I interviewed for both Project Manager and Quality Assurance). Several discussions with people from each field as well.
