The people are great, the work is okay
The people are generally really smart, bright, and motivated.
The benefits are pretty great (although don't ask about paid maternity leave).
My role (QA) has a lot of flexibility with where you actually spend your time.
The legacy codebase drives away some good developers.
Most of the projects are decided by Sales, and the committed timelines are not always reasonable, so be ready to put in some nights and weekends.
You have to live in Wisconsin.
