Class churn and burn workplace. Turnover is high, and overtime is high and all but expected.
Your career and experience are greatly dictated by your app and your team lead. There's no real standardization when it comes to rankings, progress reviews, bonuses, or raises. Nearly all of this is decided by your TL, and expectations from TLs vary wildly.
Have better standardization across teams and roles.
