Great Managers, Long Training
I've heard some people complain about management, but that wasn't my experience. My managers were direct, competent, and helpful. They gave helpful feedback but didn't micromanage.
Good pay/benefits, good coworkers, beautiful campus, work that remains interesting even after doing it for a while.
The training period was too long. It's a big company, so everything is standardized, but the unfortunate side effect is that it caters to the middle or back of the pack of new hires.
It's nice that they try to foster the whole Epic culture, but sometimes, you just want to get your work done and go home.
