I've heard some people complain about management, but that wasn't my experience. My managers were direct, competent, and helpful. They gave helpful feedback but didn't micromanage.
Good pay/benefits, good coworkers, beautiful campus, work that remains interesting even after doing it for a while.
The training period was too long. It's a big company, so everything is standardized, but the unfortunate side effect is that it caters to the middle or back of the pack of new hires.
