Epic comes first. Always. They promote the people that have nothing better to do in life than to devote their life to Epic. Exactly why they hire predominantly kids straight out of college – just looking for a decent paying job and have time to spend only working.
There is more to life than Epic. Spending half a billion dollars on the campus without a daycare, gym, breastfeeding rooms, etc., may recruit "the best and the brightest," but it sure won't keep them once kids are involved. Why would "the best and the brightest" put up with that?
