Pros
  • Hires smart people; coworkers are excellent.
  • Salary is good.
  • The goal of creating excellent healthcare software is good.
Cons
  • Low-level managers and employees have no say in the company. It's Judy's way or the highway.
  • Upper management is out of touch, tone-deaf, and condescending.
  • The COVID-19 response has been so terrible that it has made national news, and management is still digging their heels in, only doing what the bare legal minimum is (and fighting even that all the way).
  • 401(k) match, vacation/sick days, and parental leave policies are all mediocre.
  • There isn't much room to advance.
Advice to Management

You hire smart people. Listen to them instead of just letting Judy and her yes people run roughshod over everyone.
